The video from the information exchange session "Preparing Tuition for Students from Low-Income Families" held on November 21, 2025 (Fri) 15:30–16:30 has been released.

Presented by Mr. Otsuka of YMCA Health and Welfare College. It explains available support systems for students from low-income families who face challenges in preparing enrollment fees and tuition.

It also covers nationality and visa requirements in Japan's higher education tuition support system, including conditions such as elementary school graduation or entry to Japan by age 12.
