About Tax Deductions

After eight years as an NPO, supported by many people, ME-net was certified as a Certified NPO in March 2019. We take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your ongoing support. As a result, donations to our organization are eligible for tax deductions.

What is a Donation Tax Deduction?

Donations to certified NPOs qualify for "Special Donation Tax Credit." With the revised NPO Act effective April 1, 2012, tax benefits for donations were significantly expanded. Donors can choose between income deduction or tax credit.
